Better Trades Real Time Markets

Real Time Markets employs an incredibly user friendly stock display interface, offering scores of data feeds to track the shares of your choice. Use the stock display to track stocks that trade on any exchange.

You can track the exchanges of your choice - the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and many others around the world. Indices like the S&P 500, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Russell and Goldman Sachs can also be tracked automatically. Customizing your screen is fast, giving you all the data you need at your fingertips.

In addition to price and percent change quotes, stock display options include: the bid-ask spread, volume, opening price, the high daily price, the low daily price, the annual high price, the annual low price, earnings per share, open interest, and yield.

The stock display interface can be formatted for alerts, color schemes and layout. Set it up with contrasting colors and you can see the day's market patterns at a glance. For example, default colors tells you see if a stock is down (red) or up (green.) These colors flash and change throughout the day as the market rises and falls, giving you a powerful visual for stock tracking.

There are five screens that can be used and modified as you wish. Most users of Real Time Markets will use one screen to get a wide view of the market, and another to compile and maintain a personal watch list of stocks they're looking at or following on a daily basis. Many traders set up one screen to show bearish candidates on one half and bullish candidates on the other half. Another screen is often employed to watch stocks for potential options plays; it's easy to plug in the option symbols and keep an eye on their machinations during the day.

The stock display also allows a user to make brief notes. This makes it easy to denote potential entry or exit points or make a note of any pertinent information.
