Freddie Rick's Management Style

Having proudly served as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, BetterTrades founder Freddie Rick has learned to value good leadership and management skills. In the Marines he saw the importance of following orders and recognized how it was critical to be able to delegate authority to others. The ability to do both has been critical to helping Freddie build BetterTrades into the premier stock market education company on the market today.

Freddie Rick always fostered a family atmosphere at the workplace. Perhaps it's his small town roots or his love of family, but BetterTrades retains its close-knit feel because Freddie Rick wants to keep it that way. As the company has grown, Freddie has continued to be approachable to employees and is interested in their personal lives.

Freddie Rick recently upgraded the BetterTrades facilities by purchasing a 50,000 square foot building in Duluth, a northeastern suburb of Atlanta. BetterTrades had been renting about 7,000 square feet of offices in Suwanee, another suburb about six miles away.

The new building will allow Freddie Rick to continue his dream of growing BetterTrades into the best possible company it can become. The new building will allow room for a completely furnished video studio, giving the company the opportunity to film all its own material without needing outside assistance.

The new building also has plans for a large meeting space, which gives BetterTrades the capability of hosting Financial Freedom Expos, Market Essential workshops, and advanced classes taught by the coaches.
