The BetterTrades family begins with founders Freddie and Mitzi Rick, who developed the financial education system and brought the material to the market. Freddie and Mitzi are down-to-earth people who appreciate and embrace family values. They want all students to feel comfortable when they attend any BetterTrades workshop or function and strive to make the events fun, informative and fulfilling.

The family includes the BetterTrades staff, who share the family values set forth by the Ricks, including honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty, friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness. The staff members enjoy getting to know the students and sometimes even become friends. They want the best for the students and will try to help them under all circumstances. They know the importance of the experience they bring to the equation.
